Raw Foods

I am officially sick of juice and lemonade!
Juice went fine. No stomach problems at all. I don't think I will have any problems with solid foods. I get to crunch today! The raw food phase begins. I am going to have a nice salad and a bowl of guacamole with raw veggies to dip in it. Maybe if I am really hungry some sunflower seeds.

I agree I am sick of lemonade too, well lucky you, you get to eat today.. im on day 26, cheated and aate vegetables and soup last night i couldnt help it.

If you feel ready to eat, why not just go for it? Don't force a certain number of days if your body wants food now. Just eat healthy. 26 days is fantastic!

I know some people will totally disagree, but I think I could have skipped the two juice days and gone straight to solid food. It is not like a water fast where you need to graduate to juice first. It felt more like a juice fast where the first step would be solid food.
Anyway, good luck if you lemonade it out some more, and feel positive and happy if you decide to eat.

And congratulations on your journey!

I'm on day 20 and wavering back and forth on when to stop. I MISS food terribly... just... chewing!!

But I dreamed last night that I stopped, the right way even, and I was so disappointed with myself in my dream.

Anyway... congrats!!

Thanks for the advice, I broke the cleanse today.
Yes I think it would be ok to eat solid food too like fruits and veggies.
